Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with VitalFlush! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification via SMS and/or email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options via Australia Post. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Within Australia

 Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

 Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

To New Zealand

 Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

 Express Shipping: 2–6 business days

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday starting from 8:30 AM local time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@vitalflush.com.au with your full name and order number, and we will be happy to assist.
