At VitalFlush, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns:

We accept returns for defective items under the following conditions:

Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

How to Return an Item
Returns must be sent by mail. Please contact us at help@vitalflush.com.au to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Shipping & Return Label
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of AUD $49.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
